We provide support across all aspects of the private and public sector procurement process including RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.

The Principal, Mark Millward, has advised across many industries including supermarket retailers, global supply chain and packaging, utilities, healthcare & pharma, tertiary education, finance, superannuation & insurance, transport, engineering and R&D.

Throughout Mark’s career he has provided secondment services to reputable companies in a multiplicity of roles including General Counsel, Head of Tech Legal, Head of Procurement Legal, Contracts Negotiator and Litigation Management for domestic and international operations in the UK, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Australia.

Technology and Outsourcing

We have more than 20 years’ experience working in the technology and outsourcing sector acting for global and domestic clients.

Prior to practising in Australia, Mark was legal Director for Deutsche Bank advising on some of the largest technolocy and outsourcing transactions.

Most recently Mark negotiated material technology/fintech agreements establishing a sophisticated, bespoke IT ecosystem for a new Australian investment bank.

Mark tracks developments in AI as they relate to the evolving legal landscape.

Mark is a qualified Intellectual Property lawyer and advises on a wide range of IP issues across a braod range of industries.

Mark is enthusiastic about supporting the arts and has acted for a broad range of clients including musicians, performers, bands, artists, sculptors, writers, photographers, creative designers and craftspeople.

Most recently, Mark advised a Japanese multinational media and digital marketing company on various material media, content and technology contracts with globally recognised brands.
